All items arrive unregistered and are left at your nominated address in a safe location should you not be home. If a safe location cannot be easily identified a notification card will be placed in the addressee's letterbox informing them of the Australia Post outlet where the parcel has been transferred for collection, and the expected time after which it will be available.

Big Bear Toys is not liable for any lost parcels by Australia Post. Should you wish your order to be sent REGISTERED POST where full insurance is offered and signature is required on delivery, please contact us contact@bigbeartoys.com

 If you are purchasing more than one item, there is a possibility that the items may be sourced from different suppliers; therefore there will be separate postage charges.

Shipping

Your Products will be delivered within 10 working days. (In most cases 3-5 working days!) This period shall commence from the date of receipt of your payment for the Products.

Big Bear Toys makes every effort to deliver your Product according to the estimated delivery times provided Big Bear Toys at checkout. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays.  

Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us. contact@bigbeartoys.com

Returns Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds or exchange items if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision.

Big Bear Toys replaces any products that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Notification of faulty or damaged products must be received by our Customer Service Department (sales@bigbeartoys.com) within 48 hours of your parcel being delivered.

In the instance that we cannot replace the damaged product, a full refund will be offered. Where it is agreed to replace the product or refund the purchase price of the product, the defective product must be returned first before processing of replacement or refund. Under these circumstances, Big Bear Toys will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner.

Where there is a manufacturer's warranty card enclosed please follow the instructions on this card to contact the manufacturer for technical assistance or to make a claim.
